Welcome to the website of the anti-discrimination Agency of the state of Hesse. We are part of the Hessian Ministry for Work, Integration, Youth and Social Affairs. As staff section, we are also directly assigned to State Secretary Ms. Kathrin Hechler.

Our mission is to actively contribute to a society that appreciates diversity. Diversity makes our country rich and capable. We are guided by our values to foster a culture of respect and act to prevent and eliminate discrimination on the grounds of race or ethnic origin, gender identity, religion or belief, disability, age, or sexual orientation .
